Somers

Somers is an attractive coastal town on the Mornington Peninsula of Victoria approximately 70 kilometres south east of the State Capital of Melbourne. With a population of around 1,600 people Somers is extremely popular with the yachting fraternity with its own Yacht Club which sees a lot of sailing done, along with other water activities such as diving, swimming, fishing and snorkelling.

There are 3 main beaches at Somers with these being Somers Beach, South Beach and Merricks Creek Inlet Beach. Located south east of Balnarring and north east from Shoreham, Somers also boasts a number of walking tracks and plenty of dining options to satisfy your taste buds.
