Griffith

Griffith in the Riverina region of New South Wales is the city known as the 'food bowl of Australia'. With a population of around 20,000 permanent residents Griffith is the centre of the Murrumbidgee Irrigation area and has some pet friendly accommodation although limited in numbers.

Together with the neighbouring town of Leeton and Australia's capital in Canberra, Griffith was designed Walter Burley Griffin and was declared a city in 1987.
