Corlette

Corlette is in the Port Stephens Region of New South Wales with the population of Corvette hovering around the 5000 mark.

Corlette is located near Nelson Bay on the shores of Port Stephens.

Corlette was named after Captain James Corlette who skippered the first privately owned local vessel. The Corlette was first used to ship timber and wool out of Port Stephens in 1816. While property values throughout Corlette average around $475,000, the most affluent areas of Salamander Bay sales have gone as high as $3.7 million.

Corlette has approximately 2.7 kilometres of coastline being occupied by three beaches.
