Willis Place is a family-friendly home, situated just 400 metres from the commercial centre of Portarlington and 600 metres from the jetty and dog friendly beaches and walking trails... The home has 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 7-8 people... The bathroom has a large cast iron bath and recessed shower; the fully equipped kitchen has a large dishwasher and coffee machine; the recently refurbished laundry has a smart washer, dryer and ironing facilities. There are two toilets separate to the main bathroom. There is a comfortable lounge with large TV, DVD player and a range of childrens, classic and Australiana movies to watch. ..The large back yard offers plenty of room to relax in or for children to run around. Bed linen,towels and guest toiletries provided.

PEAK SEASON – Includes Christmas and other school holidays, Friday and Saturday nights and long weekends throughout the year:

2025-26 Christmas holidays 19 Dec 2025 to 26 Jan 2026, Labour Day weekend 6-8 Mar 2026, Autumn school holidays 2-18 April 2026, Kings Birthday weekend 5-7 Jun 2026, Winter school holidays 26 June to 11 July 2026, Spring school holidays 18 Sept to 3 Oct 2026, Melbourne Cup weekend 30 Oct to 2 Nov 2026,

2026-27 Christmas holidays 18 Dec 2026 to 25 Jan 2027, Labour Day weekend 5-7 Mar 2027, Autumn school holidays 25 Mar – 10 April 2027, Kings’ birthday weekend 11-13 Jun 2027, Winter school holidays 25 Jun – 10 Jul 2027, Spring school holidays 17 Sept to 2 Oct 2027, Melbourne Cup weekend 29 Oct to 1 Nov 2027.

Friday and Saturday nights throughout the year.

 First two nights stay: $400 ($200 per night). Additional guests above two, add $25 per guest per stay.

Additional nights (beyond first 2 nights): $170 per night.

 

OFF PEAK SEASON – All other times outside the above

First two nights stay: $340 ($170 per night), additional guests above two, add $25 per guest per stay.

Additional nights (beyond first 2 nights): $140 per night.

WINTER SPECIAL - Stay 2 or more nights Sunday to Thursday between 1 May and 19 Sept 2025 and receive a 25% discount on nightly rate, excludes school holidays and long weekends..

 

SINGLE NIGHT STAYS (all year round):

$280, additional guests above two, add $25 per guest per stay.

 

Check in time is 2pm and check out 10:30am.

Cancellation policy: Full refund 7 or more days before booking date, 85% refund between 4 and 6 days before booking date, 60% refund 3 days or less before booking date.

Bed linen, towels and guest ammenities provided.

Fire pit available upon request in the low season.

Description

This comfortable double brick home stays cool in Summer and warm in Winter, has beautiful wooden floors throughout and is family and pet friendly..... The home has three bedrooms comprising two queens, a double and a single. The lounge suite also can be converted to a bed suitable for an extra adult or 1 to 2 children......Property features include secure fences and child-safe gates and the huge backyard provides plenty of room for dogs to roam and is visually appealing for children to explore and play.....There is a large north facing merbau deck which is enclosed by a veranda that provides privacy and comfort no matter what the weather when entertaining or just loungeing about.

Dogs of all sizes will love the large sheltered deck which has a doggie basket, doggie bowls, doggie treats and some toys provided. There is also a kennel in the back yard. Small to medium dogs are most welcome inside, but please refrain from allowing pets on furniture or in laundry or bedrooms. Also please limit smoking to outside.
