Willis Place is a family-friendly home, situated just 400 metres from the commercial centre of Portarlington and 600 metres from the jetty and dog friendly beaches and walking trails... The home has 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 7 people... The bathroom and kitchen have recently been refurbished... There is a comfortable lounge room with a large TV, a DVD player and a range of childrens, classic and Australiana movies to watch. ..The large back yard offers plenty of room to relax in or for children to run around. Please note: due to COVID plan cleaning requirements, an additional fee, based on the number of bedrooms booked, applies for each stay (this doesn't affect the nightly rate).
One bedroom - $50 extra per stay
Two bedrooms - $75 extra per stay
Three bedrooms - $100 extra per stay.
Must specify total number of bedrooms would like to be made available at the time of booking.

Full refund up to 7 days before booking date.
85% refund under 7 days and greater than 3 days before booking date.

This comfortable double brick home stays cool in Summer and warm in Winter, has beautiful wooden floors throughout and is family and pet friendly..... The home has three bedrooms comprising a queen, two doubles and a single. The lounge suite also can be converted to a bed suitable for an extra adult or 1 to 2 children......Property features include secure fences and child-safe gates and the huge backyard provides plenty of room for dogs to roam and is visually appealing for children to explore and play.....There is a large north facing merbau deck which is enclosed by a veranda that provides privacy and comfort no matter what the weather when entertaining or just loungeing about.
Dogs of all sizes will love the large sheltered deck which has a doggie basket, doggie bowls, doggie treats and some toys provided. Small to medium dogs are most welcome inside, but please refrain from allowing pets on furniture or in bedrooms.
