At the end of a gardened driveway, your private entrance leads you upstairs to a spacious, modern, living area with cathedral ceilings & sunny views. The area available to guests is part of the owners home but with your own private entrance. Theres a kitchenette with sink, fridge, micro, kettle, toaster, blender, crockery, cutlery & glasses, several sittings areas for you to relax with TV, DVD player, games, books & free wifi! There are 2 BRs, main (QB) has a balcony with views towards the sea, the 2nd has 2 SBs which can be joined to form a KS bed. The ocean will lull you to sleep by night or by day, draw you to explore our popular main beach, rated in the top 10 beaches in Australia. We welcome you bringing your dog and please NO OTHER PETS. They are not allowed on furniture and we special provide sheets and a blanket for furniture in case they tend to jump up. There is a "dog inside" fee of $50 per stay.

Description

At the end of a gardened driveway, your private entrance leads you upstairs to a spacious, modern, living area with cathedral ceilings and sunny views of the nearby hills, Marriners Lookout and towards Cape Patton. There is a kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender and sandwich maker. There is also ample crockery, cutlery and glasses. You have several sittings areas with private views, allowing you time and space to relax and unwind. There is a large TV, DVD player, games, books and free wifi!..... A sunny balcony off the living area has a BUGG gas barbecue, outdoor furniture and large cafe umbrella...... The two bedrooms are off the living area and the main bedroom (Queen size bed) has a balcony with a view towards the sea. The ocean will lull you to sleep by night or by day, draw you to explore our popular main beach, rated in the top 10 beaches in Australia. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be joined to form a King size bed..... A short walk of about 500m will find you at the water's edge and similar distance to the numerous cafes and restaurants along the iconic Great Ocean Road, make Villa St Martin conveniently located for your stay in Apollo Bay..... Our beautiful region is easily accessible; travel inland to the Otways and Otway Fly Rainforest Walk, west along the Great Ocean Road to visit The Twelve Apostles, Port Campbell and local produce area with artisan cheese makers and fresh food producers or East to numerous rock pool and surf locations. We have an excellent Visitor Information Centre on the Foreshore where The Great Ocean Work Commences, which is well worth a visit.....The bathroom, which is accessible from the main bedroom and hallway, has a shower area, toilet and vanity cupboard. We provide lots of little extras to complete your relaxing stay at Villa St Martin, including iron and board, clothes rack, beach shelter, back packs, beach towels and spare towels for your four-legged family members, should you bring them along for a holiday as well (by arrangement with owner, fee may apply). Whether you stay 2 nights or 2 weeks, you will love your home away from home at Villa St Martin.

*Please note this is an upstairs apartment, and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility*..... The area available to guests is part of the owners home but with your own private entrance. It has a partial kitchen with a barbecue and microwave.....Children are welcome but must be strictly monitored. A stair guard is provided when required. A portacot is also available at no extra charge.
