Description
The Roost is a 5-acre property approx 100mtrs above sea level and surrounded by nature. Each cottage has a view to rival the other. There are only two cottages on the property which are separated by vegetation giving you privacy and tranquillity. Being in Johanna, the coastal heart of the Otways, you can spend your days at the beach, exploring the Otways or simply relaxing at the cottages taking the spectacular surrounds
Both cottages are fully self-contained with a full kitchen, bathroom with a spa bath, dining and lounge, gas log fireplace, enclosed garage and of course an enclosed backyard so your doggo can stretch its legs.
Cottage One - Is a generous 1 bed cottage with has sensational views of the Johanna valley to the ocean. You feel like you are perched on top of the world!
Cottage Two. Is a two bedder: Bed 1 has a queen bed, Bed 2 has 2 singles that can be made up as a king on request. This cottage has breathtaking views to Johanna Beach. You can check the surf from your bedroom!
