From the moment you step inside you will appreciate the spacious ambience with the large windows and glass sliding doors that draw the outdoors in, bathing the living spaces in natural light and capturing sweeping waterfront views.The Riverside Townhouse at Batemans Bay on the South Coast of New South Wales is a spacious 2 bedroom townhouse with very efficient gas heating, air conditioning for the summer and ceiling fans throughout which are reversible for the winter.  There is a well equipped kitchen which includes a cappuccino machine and a laundry with full facilities. There is plenty of parking for your boat or extra vehicle including a secure garage space. A wonderful boardwalk in the National Park is only one beach away (sorry dogs not welcome here) or enjoy a 2 km stroll into town, along the beach at low tide. Tea and coffee to welcome you on your arrival and some pantry basics are supplied. All cleaning products are provided.  You will need to bring all requirements for your dog.

Pricing Information

Our very competitive seasonal tariff ranges from:-
$230 to $371 per night to $1490  to  $2750 weekly for up to 5 people. Our weekly tariff includes 1 night free.  The two bedrooms house a queen and a double and a single mattress is included for an etra child which can be placed at your convenience. We charge a $30 pet fee per booking and a $500 bond. You can choose to bring your own sheets and towels or they can be provided for a small fee.  We may accept single night bookings but there is a surcharge of $100.

Single night bookings will be at our discretion but a cleaning surcharge of $100 will apply.

We also ask for a $30 pet fee per dog per booking which goes towards frequent specialist carpet cleaning, preventative flea treatments etc, 

A $500 bond is required on all bookings.

You have the choice to bring your own sheets and towels or these can be provided for $15 per person, $20 if you wish the beds made up for you.

Description

NOW WITH AIRCON AND UNLIMITED WIFI.  Located right on the sand of a pet friendly beach (no roads to cross) this is the ideal location for dog owners. The calm estuarine beach is also perfect for your children and it is only a short stroll via the beach at low tide, into Batemans Bay. There is a portable gas BBQ and very efficient gas heating with air conditioning to the bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout and electric blankets in the winter. A roomy 2 bedroom townhouse with a cool and a clean double garage area where you can leave your dog when you go out which has a grille door one side. House-trained dogs welcome inside. We require that they are kept off all furniture and if your dog sheds, please use the vacuum or additional cleaning may be charged.  Sorry, no fences.  The Townhouse is very well equipped with toys, games, movies and books as well as beach toys and boogie boards. Only 1 of 4 units, you will have the place to yourself most of the time.  We now have our own IGA only a couple of hundred metres away which includes a bottle shop and takeaway.
