When you walk through the impressive front door, the first thing you’ll notice is this home has the love factor. There’s a beautiful warm feel to it, almost like you can sense many happy memories have been shared here before. Built from solid brick and shaded from direct sunlight, the home remains cool during summer with ducted heating for those cooler months.

The property is large enough for a group gathering or one, two or maybe three families to share and fur-baby can come along too!

Living Area

Centred around a large courtyard with gas heated (November to April) pool the house is cosy yet there are private spaces for everyone. The large living and dining room has an open-plan kitchen bench at the centre of the house and provides a communal space to hang out together.  Floor to ceiling windows look out onto the private internal courtyard and doors here can bring the indoors out.  Perfect for your group to connect at any time of the day. For those hot summer days, a split system air conditioner will help keep you cool for when you're not lounging in the pool.

There is a lounge area with 55" SMART TV with Netflix, dining for 8 guests with extra seating at the central kitchen bench.  The kitchen has granite workbenches and a large 900cm oven/stove allows for great gourmet evenings.  With extra touches like a Nespresso coffee machine, you really don't need to leave.


The home’s U-shaped configuration, with bedrooms at each end, offers privacy when you’re after some quiet time. With four incredibly comfy bedrooms, two bathrooms and ample living space, there’s plenty of room in this pet-friendly home for a group of friends, the whole family, or even two.  The fourth bedroom also doubles as a second living space with a TV and a day bed that converts to a queen size bed, and a tri-bunk.

There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer.  Small children are catered for with portacot, highchair and playpen.

Outdoor Living

The house wraps around a central courtyard, complete with a heated in-ground pool, BBQ and outdoor furniture creating your very own poolside piazza. In the warmer months, this area is the hub of the home, offering the perfect place to gather for good food, drinks, music and that gorgeous afternoon sun. There’s also a large shady tree if the rays get too much.

Please Note - this is self-catering accommodation the room is not serviced on a daily basis. However, all linen, towels, basic kitchen provisions and toiletries are supplied for your arrival. 

Photography - photography is continually kept up to date when major changes to properties are made, however, minor changes in furniture or bedding may vary from the current photography.


Please note that the property welcomes pets.  Pets are welcome inside. Please bring your own bedding and bowls.  Do not allow pets on furniture or beds.

The property is tucked away in a quiet, safe and friendly street, yet situated only a short stroll to the town’s incredible bay and ocean beaches, Portsea Village, and the buzz and drool-worthy views of a local icon, the Portsea Pub.


If you’re after more of a bustling vibe – including cafes, restaurants and shopping – Sorrento is a 45-minute walk away or 5 minutes by car.
