The 2 Bedroom Townhouse Villa..........The Grange Resort is unique as it caters for Large and extended families as well as couples and holiday makers...The 2 Bedroom Villa’s offer comfort, space and bedding for families. All our Townhouse Villa’s are professionally designed with the main bedrooms enjoying an ensuite...The Kitchen is situated centrally for the ease of social entertaining whilst proving modern appliances , dining and living area’s open onto courtyard with separate Balconies off the Master Bedrooms...Most upstairs areas have a sofa lounge. The 2nd Floor also has a middle lounge which is used as the childrens retreat or another T.V. Room. The second level also has the additional feature of separate shower and w/c for guests using the Second Bedroom, the bedding configuration changes from some unit's consisting of most master bedroom's being King Size Bed with the second bedroom having either Queen bed / Double or Singles to suit your requirements, please enquire for availability and room type prior to making the booking...All Villa’s are maintained and cleaned to the highest standards......

The 3 Bedroom Townhouse..........3 Bedroom VillaThe Grange Resort has Three Bedroom Townhouses most having double garages which makes it perfect for two families or used to store that Trailer or small Boat...Our recent refurbishment means that most Villa's on the third level has a luxurious King Size bed meticulously decorated with all the professional designer touches...Walk in Robe...Relax on your own balcony away from the other levels...Three Bedroom Villas are made up with two other spacious Bedrooms on the second Level either with Queen / Double in each room or Singles in some to cater for the needs of extended families... Most middle levels feature a second lounge also with sofa bed and has separate balcony with outdoor furniture for comfort and relaxation. This level also services the Bathroom as well as another Restroom on the ground floor...TV and DVD are in all Main Lounge rooms with Foxtel Entertainment...Enjoy the company of your family/guests in your very own private courtyard with easy access to lounge dining areas and kitchen facilities...Another outstanding feature is some Townhouses offer pet friendly accommodation completing the “entire family” being together on holiday...The Grange Resort guests reports include having that warm and homely feeling making.it the choice as the place to stay in Hervey Bay...........PET FRIENDLY CONDITIONS..... • We will accept an animal that is up to 20 kg ( more than 20kg on request)...• Maximum of 2 pets only...• A $200 cash bond will need to be paid at check-in, if we do not have credit card details, bond will be refunded after inspection of the unit prior to check-out...• Rates for Pet/s as below... • Animals are to be restrained at all times while out of the Townhouse...• We expect all animals to be supervised at all times to prevent scratching or chewing of furniture or fittings. (Pet Owner is responsible for any damage)... • Pets are not permitted in upstairs area...• We reserve the right to ask you to vacate the unit if there is any noise that results in other tenants being disturbed....• Animals are not to be brought into the resorts common areas at any time...• Guests will be expected to leave all yards in the condition they were found in and all animal faeces are to be removed prior to check- out (any repairs/clean will incur a fee)...• We would expect that animals not be allowed to defecate inside the units....• Rates:...• 1-7 Days Stay $45/2nd pet $20...• 7-14 Days Stay $75/2nd pet $25...• If stay is over 2 weeks a pet stay is $100 per pet
