Awsome location, you can hear the beach and smell the sea air and all you need to do is walk out of your front door and the sand dunes are right there. A 50m walk to the Beach. Enjoy the natural beauty of Goolwa Beach and come see what the Fleurieu Peninsula has to offer. Bring the whole family. Pets are welcome to stay at The Dunes Beach House where we have a secure side and backyard for your pets to stay safe and enjoy a holiday as well. ​

Pricing Information

The Dunes Beach House comfortably sleeps 5 guests plus there is a Double Sofa Bed for 2.
Off Peak.....................  $210 per night with a 2 nights minimum stay
Summer Holidays........  $265 per night with a 3 nights minimum stay 
School Hols & LWE's...  $240 per night with a 3 nights minimum stay
Easter.........................  $265 per night with a 3 nights minimum stay
Schoolies....................  $300 per night with a 3 nights minimum stay

$200 Security Bond payable for all bookings
$130 Compulsory Cleaning Fee also payable

Deposits are required to secure your booking.

Schoolies - rates above apply, however Bond is $600 and cleaning is $160.

Description

Spacious 2 bedroom home. With a large living room, separate dining room, full kitchen with dishwasher, large bathroom, plus a sun room for storage or for your pets to sleep......An ideal home for a relaxing fun holiday with plenty of room for a family or couples......Landscaped, with a lovely grass area, under cover entertaining area, kids playground and a pool table in the garage...... Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and built in robe with plenty of storage. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and single bed with trundle. There is also a sofa bed in the dining room if required. Linen and towels are provided for the number of guests you confirm......BYO beach towels......We are pet friendly there is a small sleep out area for your pets and a secure side and rear yard. No pets on the beds or furniture please......Easy circular driveway for your boat or trailer...... The Lounge room has a ceiling fan, split system and a combustion fire place. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and bedroom 1 has a split system......Please leave the house clean and tidy. If the house is left in a condition where it will take longer than 2 hours to clean, an extra cleaning charge (by the hour) will be deducted from your bond...... Smoking is outdoors only, thank you......There are beach toys for the kiddies including body boards, beach cart, plus kids books, DVDs and games, outdoor toys for all to enjoy.
