NB OUR LINEN OPTIONS WILL BE UNAVAILABLE FROM 20 APRIL TO 20 AUGUST.  The Beach House at Batemans Bay on the South Coast of New South Wales is a classic 60's weatherboard cottage featuring timber floors and combustion fire, right on the dunes of Surfside beach.  It is fully self contained but includes many extras - tea and coffee for your arrival, an espresso coffee machine, a cupboard full of books, toys, games, movies and boogie boards for the beach. There are also some pantry basics provided as well as all cleaning products. You have the choice of bringing your own sheets and towels or they can be provided for a small fee. The second bathroom which includes a toilet and shower is on the outside so handy for off the beach or when enjoying a BBQ.  Please note that we have a 2 night minimum on weekends, 3 night minimum on long weekends and 7 night minimum over the summer holiday period.  Single nights will be considered at our discretion but a $100 surcharge will apply due to our high cleaning costs. 

Pricing Information

Our very reasonable tariff commences from $260 per night or $1670 per week which includes one free night. This tariff covers up to 6 people but we can sleep 8 ($25 extra per person). There is a small fee of $30 per dog per booking and a $500 bond on all bookings. You can choose to bring your own sheets and towels or they can be provided for a small fee. We may accept single night bookings except on weekends, but there is a surcharge of $100 which goes towards our cleaning costs.

Description

NOW WITH UNLIMITED WIFI.  This archetypal  beach house is located right on the dunes and only 20 paces to the sand and is furnished in a beach/nautical theme with timber floors and carpets in the bedrooms, it is built for comfort and relaxation.  Enjoy our very efficient combustion fire (wood provided).There is a family size gas BBQ with  large decks back and front with dining furniture but sorry, no fences for your dog so well house-trained inside dogs are our speciality. but if your dog sheds, we would ask that you use the vacuum or additional cleaning may be charged.  Though the backyard beach is not designated pet friendly, this rule is ignored by most dog owners. It is only a short walk to the Batemans Bay pet friendly beach and a little further into Batemans Bay (25 mins) which you can enjoy via the beach, and a wonderful choice of al fresco pet friendly restaurants.
