Sweet Tide O' Moyne offers a recently renovated open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. Heating and cooling are provided by a split-system unit in the living area, ideal for the ever-changing weather of Port Fairy. A north-facing front yard receives sun throughout the day and is the perfect place to watch the world go by. When you step out the back door, you'll find a large, secure backyard with a trampoline, paved dining area, outdoor shower with hot water, gas BBQ, and a fire pit—perfect for some outdoor enjoyment with your family and beloved furbaby. Park your car in the driveway and put away your keys—this beach house is the perfect mix of comfort and convenience that your family will love.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people.

PET INFORMATION:

• A maximum of 2 well-behaved pets only. More by arrangment only.
• Dogs welcome inside, but please keep them off the beds and furniture and also out of the bathtub and shower
• The spacious and secure yard provides ample room for your dog to romp around, while a shelter for shade ensure their comfort
• An outdoor shower and tap with fresh water is available
• Please pick up after your pets
• Any "accidents" or damage will incur an extra cleaning and/or repair fee 
• Nearby dog friendly East Beach and walking trails offer exciting adventures for you and your furry friend to embark upon
