Do you love a property with a water view as much as we do?
A property positioned right on the ocean is the perfect holiday accommodation all year round. In summer simply walk across the road to the beautiful beach with shallow blue water and white, white sand. Perfect for kids to play safely all day long. In winter take walks along the beach when the sea takes on a wilder appearance and pets are allowed to walk and run.

A house perfectly positioned for a beach holiday in summer and cosy enough for winter stays with its many fireplaces and outdoor heated spa/jacuzzi. Located right on the beautiful Port Phillip Bay with views through the Ti-Tree of the crystal blue water, Tootgarook sits snuggly between Rosebud and Rye and this four bedroomed holiday house has space enough for family and friends to get together and make lovely memories.
The foreshore on this part of the Mornington Peninsula has the best beaches and you can walk in either direction and take in the spectacular views of Port Phillip Bay. Pets are also welcome.
Walk into this property and you are met with a very contemporary beach style with artworks of coast and water, furnishings and decorations of bleached wood reminding us of coastal interiors in the warmer climes of Australia.
On the ground floor are three of the bedrooms with the main bathroom and a lovely open plan lounge, dining and kitchen space for entertaining and gathering.
The lounge has sliding doors that open to the secure terrace and there is a comfortable sofa in front of a gas fire where you can watch the TV. The large kitchen has everything you would need including a dishwasher and coffee machine and connects to the rear courtyard for entertaining. There is also a laundry available with the washer.
Upstairs though there are a further two living spaces with a central fireplace breaking up the spaces and providing cosy fires on each side. On one side there is a lounge where you can curl up with a book and a glass of your favourite tipple and watch the world go by. Watch the container ships in the distance making their way to Melbourne.
On the opposite side of the fireplace is another lounge with more TV entertainment and a rear balcony for another private space.
Also on this level, you will find the Master Bedroom with views of the ocean.
The property is fully secure with high walls and fences and two car parking spaces at the front of the property. There is a front terrace with native plants on the ground floor and a balcony both front and rear on the upper level. The front balcony has lovely views of the blue waters of Port Phillip Bay. At the rear is a courtyard with dining and BBQ and a heated outdoor spa.
