TARIFFS:
$350/night. Price is for 2 guests.  Additional guests $45 per person per night.

One booking per house - house is not shared with other guests.

Minimum stay 2 nights (Off Peak)

Christmas/New Year - minimum stay 7 nights
Australia Day Weekend/Festival of Sails - minimum stay 3 nights
Easter - minimum stay 3 nights.
