The Polehouse Mudbrick Units are cosy, informal, well-appointed and comfortable and enjoy fabulous views. With just the two units, guests can enjoy privacy. The only area where pets are not allowed is the carpeted main bedroom of the 2br unit. There is an extensive garden with herbs for the kitchen. The prime location and ambience contribute to a relaxing holiday.
Pricing Information
In the Christmas/January holidays and Easter, there is a 1 week minimum booking with rates:
1br and 2br: $750 per week (for 2 persons)
For the rest of the year, there is a 4-night minimum booking with rates:
1br and 2br: 4 nights - $110/night ; 1 week - $660
2br: An extra $15 per night for each person above 2 persons. Maximum 4 persons
A second week's booking is discounted at 10%. Single person bookings are discounted 10%.
The first pet is free and the 2nd an extra $10/night
Availability dates show RED only if both units are booked

Description
The Polehouse lies in the secluded Karbeethong area of Mallacoota, close to the entrance to Croajingalong National Park and having magnificent views over the lake and the Howe Range. There is a ground floor 2br unit and a 2-storey 1br unit, both of mudbrick supported by wooden poles. Each flat is fully self-contained and has a patio and individual barbeque. Other items include free wi-fi, washing machine, stove with hotplates, microwave and full-size refrigerator.The floors are of either slate or cork, being suitable for well-behaved pets. As usual in this part of Mallacoota, there is no enclosed yard. In each unit, up to 2 pets can be accommodated. Guests should bring their OWN LINEN - Q/S sheets, pillow slips and towels.
