Description

"We do like to be beside the seaside" and this property has plenty of traditional seaside charm.  Tucked away in a quiet pocket close enough to Sorrento and the beach but far enough for peace and quiet. It's a 15-minute walk to the Sorrento Sailing Club and a little longer to walk into Sorento townships itself.  This historic township has all the cafes, restaurants and shopping you could want.

Think white weatherboards, porthole style windows and a timber boardwalk and lush tropical foliage winding up to the front door, when you arrive you feel like you have reached your beachside escape.

Inside its, a more streamlined contemporary feel with spacious high cathedral ceilings, wooden floorboards and contrasting beams giving you an architectural feel to the house and the porthole windows give you a hint at the nautical.

The glamour, however, lies in the huge deck with hydrotherapy spa, glass fencing and undercover entertaining area canopied by the large Peppercorn Tree in the garden.  If you want to take a short walk head to the private (shared) tennis court close by, pop your name down on the list to reserve it for a friendly game between friends and even bbq close by with drinks while you compete in a tournament with your friends.

For family and friends to gather the living spaces are centred around the hub of a modern kitchen with high benchtops and stainless steel appliances.  Cook up a storm while being able to talk to any member of your group in the formal lounge, dining or TV Lounge area.

The floor to ceiling windows brings in lots of natural light are with doors out to the deck.  Outside there is undercover dining and a BBQ and a large 6 PERSON SPA for that complete relax.

Inside there are two lounge areas.  One formal where you can sit and chat or read and a second with a large modular sofa for you to put your feet up and watch the large SMART TV and snuggle in front of the fire in winter.

Downstairs on the lower level, the garage has been converted into a GAMES ROOM with billiard table, TV and DVD Player and sofa for the kids to kick back in their own space.

Please note that the property welcomes pets with a large garden surrounding the house for pets to roam freely.  Pets are welcome inside. Please bring your own bedding and bowls.  Do not allow pets on furniture or beds.

Garden: The rear garden has a lawn and is fully fenced and so is the spa area. We would ask guests not to allow pets in the spa area and absolutely not in the spa itself.

Fencing: Fully fenced rear only with 4 - 6 ft fencing.
