Located directly across from the beautiful white sands of Mudjimba Beach, Mudjimba Esplanade Villa is your beach home away from home. Mudjimba Beach is lifeguard patrolled all year round and is a dog friendly beach. You are only within walking distance to 3 great restaurants, a newsagent and bakery among other village shops. The bedding configuration is 2 queen size beds & 3 single beds.Two bathrooms with showers, one has a bath also. A BBQ & patio setting are set in a large covered patio area & lush fully fenced back yard. - Please note, you will need to bring your own sheets & pillowslips & towels or contact Holiday Hiring Service which are 5 minutes away & can deliver linens, highchairs, etc.

You are only within walking distance to 3 great restaurants, a newsagent and bakery among other village shops.We offer a private air conditioned parents retreat upstairs with private balcony to listen to the ocean while enjoying the peaceful surrounds. Upstairs also offers the airconditioned 2nd bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioned downstairs, you will find a third queen size bedroom opening onto a shady courtyard.The living room opens onto a front patio & garden setting & offers a television, Ipod dock & DVD player. The well equiped kitchen offers a servery to the shady barbeque area outside for easy entertaining.A BBQ & patio setting are set in a large covered patio area & lush fully fenced back yard. There is also a washing machine & dryer for your convenience. Car accommodation consists of a lock-up-garage & 1 additional car space.
