Longhorn Ranch Apartments are located 1500 metres from the centre of Orbost and close to all the towns facilities. The Snowy River is nearby and Marlo is just 10 minutes away by road. There are 3 fully self-contained apartments all with comfortable living areas that feature coonara wood heaters and Weber bbq's. All air-conditioned and well insulated. The kitchens are fully equipped with microwaves, toasters and cooking utensils, This is up market country style  accommodation, clean and comfortable, all new beds, UHD Android large flat screen TV's ,with linen, electric blankets, soap, towels, tea, coffee and milk provided. Each aparment has a safe enclosed area for dogs. There is a large yard surrounding the units with plenty of room for parking for boats etc  Relax by the beautiful wood fires in a quiet, peaceful location. Apartment No.1 : sleeps 2  plus one pull out couch in same room. cost is $200per night not including pets, $50 pets each for one night then $30 per night thereafter $50 per extra person

Apartment No.2 : Is a cottage style accomodation.  Contains 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room.sleeps 6  plus a pull out couch in lounge. Cost is $360.00 per night not including pets, for 6 people, $50 for extra person. Pets $50 each for one night, then $30 per night thereafter.$100 for soiled areas

Apartment No. 3 : contains 5 large family bedrooms that are almost self contained. Sleeps 10 or more. Cost is $650. 00 per night, not including pets,  for 10 people,$50 for each extra person. varied rates for smaller numbers.
Please Note...Prices are subject to change during peak seasons.

PET FEE $50 PER PET FOR ONE NIGHT,  Then $30 per day for each pet THEREAFTER

It has a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a coonara wood heater, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, UHD Android flat screen 65" TV, DVD and radio. It features a separate full size kitchen and bathroom. Large under cover parking in a private setting. We have now added a fully enclosed colorbond yard for total privacy and pet safety, that can be accessed from your kitchen. Everything is provided, you will even find those extra cooking needs that always seem to be forgotten. Free WiFi

Apt 2... is a very spacious unit, with 3 separate bedrooms each with a comfy queen bed . There is a fold out couch in lounge room . Full size kitchen and a downstairs laundry with washing machines and a clothes dryer..  . Combustion wood heater, reverse-cycle air-conditioning,  UHD Android 65" flat screen TV, DVD and radio. Enclosed Verandah in a very private setting, with plenty of car parking at your door, off street.Everything is provided, you will even find those extra cooking needs that always seem to be forgotten. Free WiFi. $50 per dog per stay . $100 extra if dog soils on carpet.

.Unit 3...5 bedrooms... is a huge area. It used to be a function area of a motel, and features a commercial size kitchen. It has been divided into bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people or more - 5 couples and 4 singles, with extra bedding available if needed. There is also a cot and highchair. Features include a huge open plan living area, and a balcony overlooking the Snowy River Flats. We have now added a fully enclosed colorbond outdoor yard  There is also a 2nd fully secure undercover dog pen out the back with a large kennel. Everything is provided; you will even find those extra cooking needs that always seem to be forgotten. Free WiFi. $50 per dog per stay for up to 3 days then $30 per day  . $100 extra if dog soils on carpet.
