Ten minutes walk to Budgewoi shops (Coles, Medical Centre, pharmacy, bakery, liquor stores etc) and twelve minute walk to Budgewoi Hotel and pizza/seafood restaurants. Five min drive to ocean beach. Ample parking on site and on street. Relaxing light-filled house.
