Welcome to EcoValley Retreat!
Two ground-floor, fully self-contained, studio style units
Adults only; no children.
We are within 5km of the Esperance town centre but are surrounded by a lot of natural bush; you might think you were further out into the country!
Two of our favourite things are Esperance and dogs. We love to tell our guests about places and experiences within Esperance that they might not always get from a tourism brochure. Because it’s a doggy holiday too, your well-behaved dogs are welcome off-leash on the property.

Pricing Information
$180 per unit per night for entire year
CONDITIONS:
Minimum three nights stay. A 7 night minimum over Christmas period is preferred.
Maximum 2 adults per unit. No children.
No smoking in units.
A cleaning fee will be charged for units left untidy.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY:
15+ days before arrival - no fee.
14 days or less - one night's fee.
Less than 48 hours - no refund.
CHRISTMAS/NY CANCELLATION POLICY
28+ days before arrival - full refund
15-28 days - 1 night fee
14 days or less - no refund

EcoValley Retreat is set on seven acres of selectively cleared bushland, just a few minutes drive from the Esperance CBD..........Hosts Tina and Winton fell in love with Esperance and have spent several years of hard labour to develop the site and home before recently opening their purpose built accommodation. A keen interest in sustainability and organic farming mean that a trip to EcoValley Retreat will see you relaxing in nature as it should be but without scrimping on all the little luxuries that turn a holiday into a great holiday.
