A short three-minute walk along the natural pathway opposite Dunes Cottage leads guests through undulating dunes down to the fine-sand beach. The sandhills and beaches stretch from Myponga Beach down to Lady Bay and provide year-round interest to all seeking time-out from a world of everyday routine. Just a short 60 minute drive from Adelaide, Dunes Cottage is an ideal beach-base whilst still being pivotal to the extensive touring and gourmet attractions of the Southern Fleurieu Peninsula. Description

Dunes Cottage is ideal for one or two persons. In some instances, dependent on circumstances, a third person may be confirmed, as there is a single bed in the small dressing room. Normal and desired occupancy is for one or two persons. Not suitable for children under 12 years.....COTTAGE CONTENTS..... Dunes Cottage has an open-plan layout - no interior doors excepting one sliding door to the small dressing room which contains cupboard, table, bedside cabinet and single bed. Double bed in the sleeping area, lounge furniture, cushions, radio, CD player, video, tape, DVD, book, CD, DVD & video library, as well as card & board games & lst Aid kit, dine area with table & 4chairs, gas fireplace. Bathroom has bath with overhead shower, cabinets & hairdryer..... Kitchen is fully electric with full oven and microwave, toaster & kettle, all kitchen utensils & cutlery / crockery & refrigerator / freezer..... A picnic box & folding chairs, fishing rod and tackle-box, local-use telephone, fire-extinguisher and fire-blanket are also in the cottage which is fitted with both a hard-wired and battery-operated smoke alarm & meter-mounted circuit-breaker. Outdoors there are two tables, sun-umbrella, 4chairs & gas BBQ. Cottage also has a central ceiling fan, and two air-conditioners, one in the lounge-dine area, the other in the small dressing room.....
