Description

This cute and compact cottage is just pawsome! It’s beautifully renovated, and being only a kilometre away from the sandy shores of Tyrone Foreshore, I can almost smell the sea breeze. The coastal interiors make me feel like we’re just a walk away from splashing in the safe, shallow waters of Port Phillip Bay.

Inside, it’s so cosy! The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is bathed in natural light, and the kitchen has the fanciest farmhouse cabinetry with gold accents. There’s even a sleek black Westinghouse appliances and a double French door fridge, perfect for those yummy family meals—or sneaking me a treat or two!

Oh, and there are two beautifully designed bathrooms, so everyone stays comfy and happy—no waiting in line for the humans!

But the best part? The outdoors! The fully landscaped, sunny north-facing garden is where I can stretch my paws and run around. My family loves the 6 x 8.5m entertaining deck where they enjoy alfresco dining. And on cooler nights, we all gather around the firepit—such a cosy spot for a pup like me. The kids go wild on the trampoline with a built-in basketball hoop, and I get to watch all the fun!

Sustainability: EV charger available.

Beachside Bliss

When the weather warms up, we head to the end of the road to explore the shallow waters—perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, or just splashing around. My humans love soaking up the sun on the white sands with a picnic, while I dig holes and chase seagulls.

We even take strolls to Point Nepean National Park and along the coastal track. Sometimes we stop at the 16th Beach Cafe for a coffee and a snack (I usually get a little something too!). If we keep walking, we reach Sixteenth Beach, where we have the best picnics ever.

Village Charm

A short drive brings us to Blairgowrie village, where my humans find all their favourite spots. They go to The Sorrento Collective for coffee and shopping, and if we’re having a barbecue, they pick up supplies from Meath Heath Butchers. IGA is close by, so they never forget my favourite snacks.

PAWfect

This house is my new favourite with its huge garden and fully fenced outdoor area! They let four-legged friends like me sleep inside. And guess what? There’s a special basket just for me—no way! What’s inside? Ooh, ooh! A treat from PAWDINKUM! I LOVE THIS PLACE!
