Description

Dune Haven is the closest rental property to the beach in Venus Bay. This new, 3 bedroom home features modern, luxury appointments and plenty of space for all the family. The property is fully fenced and pet friendly with medium-sized dog kennel on the undercover deck. Backing onto the Cape Liptrap Coastal Park enjoy beach access via your back gate and gorgeous, peaceful views to the coastal dunes from the living and garden areas. Wifi access is ideal for those working remotely.

Reverse-cycle air conditioner provides instant heating and cooling. Large fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtops and stainless appliances.

Main bedroom has a queen-size bed with large ensuite and walk-in robe and wall-mounted TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, and built-in robe and a roll out trundle bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 sets of single bunks with a roll-out trundle bed and wall-mounted TV.

The Doyles road inlet beach is only a couple of minutes drive and is a designated dogs off-leash area all year round. It also provides a safe swimming option for young children.

If you are into fishing, there is a decent boat ramp with jetty a short drive away. Other close options are the beach and Doyles road for land-based inlet fishing. Tarwin Lower boasts several purpose-built boardwalks along the picturesque Tarwin river with another boat ramp. Go to sleep with just the sound of the surf. Wake up to the sounds of birds. Incredibly quiet position.
