Pet Friendly Boneanza Holidays at Urangan, Hervey Bay. There is plenty of storage for boats/jetskis/canoes and undercover parking for two vehicles or more. It has a beautiful big back deck overlooking the spacious yard. Linen and bath towels are provided, small dogs are allowed inside - please bring pets own bedding. This lovely 3 bedroom air conditioned home is situated 500 metres from one of Hervey Bays best dog friendly beaches. Short stroll to the Marina. The light and airy lounge room is well equipped with a large Smart TV and DVD player, sound system with ipod holder and a large selection of movies (including childrens). There is also a good variety of board games for all the family's enjoyment.

Pricing Information

Pricing from $140 per night, price is based on 1-2 adults utilising 1 bedroom, additional guests are $10 per person / per night extra, if requiring extra beds for less guests there will be an additional cost.

Deposit of 50% non refundable is required within 48 hours to secure the booking.  (Bookings 4 months or more in advance can be secured on 20% deposit). Bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival require full payment within 48 hours to confirm the booking.

A bond of $500 is also payable.  This bond will usually be fully refunded within 72 hours of vacating the property upon clearance from our cleaners.  If paying by credit card directly to Boneanza then this bond is not required.

Balance of the rental amount, plus the security bond, must be received in full 30 days prior to occupancy.  If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let it.

Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period.  If the property is fully re-let and a refund is made then a $100 cancellation fee will apply.

Description

Boneanza at Urangan in Hervey Bay isa fully self contained 3 bedroom house fitted with all electrical appliances, Smart T.V. (Netflix and You Tube available for guests with own internet) and Wii in the lounge and T.V. with DVD player in the main bedroom. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge/dining and in the master bedroom. There are 2 queen size beds, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds.  All linen is supplied unless otherwise requested. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, security screens and timber blinds on the windows. Both Queen bedrooms have large size built ins. In the laundry we have a top loader washing machine and 5kg clothes dryer, there is also a full sized ironing board and iron. A starter pack consisting of sugar, coffee, tea, washing powder and laundry powder are provided on arrival.
