Luxury self contained 2 bedroom cottage, pampered pooch friendly (conditions do apply) enclosed yard, off street parking, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open fires, ducted heating, hop skip and a jump to the centre of town.............BELMONT'S PAMPERED POOCH RULES.......... Please treat our property with respect and care, ensuring Belmont’s next guests are treated to the same luxurious indulgence as you have enjoyed.....We understand the love for your special pooch, we have a beautiful Border Collie named Jack, however not all of our guests are pet lovers so we ask that you adhere to the rules as listed below to ensure that all of our guests enjoy their Belmont experience.....Dog friendly..... • A limit of 2 dogs is permitted per booking...• Dogs are required to be house trained and are to be restricted to the back tiled area only... • No dogs are permitted on the furniture...• Dogs are not permitted in Bedrooms or Bathrooms – strictly the tiled area only...• Dogs are to be supervised at all times... • Please ensure that you pick up all dog droppings from the garden (scented bags provided)...• Uncollected dog droppings and extra cleaning will incur a $50 fee... • Please be mindful of our neighbours, excessive barking is to be addressed promptly...• Dogs must not be left at cottage alone – if you go out you must take your pooch with you.• Please use vacuum / dust buster to pick up any dog hair...• Please don’t allow your pooch to dig up the lawn or garden.....Again we thankyou for your co-operation and understanding, we trust that you and your pampered pooch have had a wonderful Belmont experience.....Kind Regards.....Sean and Lisa Cartledge
