Description

we love this because...

Baja is our ideal holiday home nestled in the lovely village of Blairgowrie.

This charming summer house offers a light and bright feeling, creating a cheerful and happy atmosphere from the moment you step inside.

We love its secluded location, as it provides the perfect escape for those seeking tranquility and privacy. As you enter the property, you'll be greeted by a blissful backyard that beckons you to unwind and relax. The beautifully landscaped garden is a haven of serenity, boasting coastal plants and hedging to keep things private.

At the heart of the backyard, our favourite spot is the refreshing pool that glistens in the sunshine. Dive in and immerse yourself in its crystal-clear waters, or lounge on the comfortable poolside sofa, basking in the warmth and joy of summer.

The interior is thoughtfully designed to maximize natural light, creating airy and inviting rooms. Large windows allow the sunshine to flood in, illuminating the space and bringing a sense of positivity and happiness.

The decor is has a nod to Palm Springs in its art and textures, with a harmonious blend of coastal and contemporary elements that perfectly complement the beachside location.

The Point Nepean National Park and its coastal track is within walking distance and if you take a walk towards Sixteenth Beach you can stop at the 16th Beach Cafe, where you can pick up  a coffee and something to snack and eat it outside or walk to Sixteenth Beach and picnic relishing the breathtaking coastal views. A short drive takes you into Blairgowrie village where our favourites spots are The Sorrento Collective for coffee and some retail therapy.  There is a great butcher Meath Heath Butchers if you want to pick up great BBQ supplies and our favourite IGA is here too.

PAWfect

What fun! a new house to visit that lets four-legged friends like me sleep inside but smaller dogs are best.

Yay! the outdoors is fenced when the front gate is closed and I can't get out but there is no grass for me unless my hoomans take me for a walk beyond the gate. and there is the best dog beach at Camerons Bight where I can run free in the shallow water.

And there’s a special basket just for me. No way!  What’s in there?   Ooh, ooh! a treat from PAWDINKUM.  I LOVE THIS PLACE.
