From the moment you pull up at 'Sandals' you know you have chosen the perfect beach retreat.
Located on the Rye/Blairgowrie border and only 1.4km to the beautiful shallow waters of the beaches of Blairgowrie and Rye, this magnificent contemporary three bedroomed beach house is nestled high on the block, hidden amongst the trees giving you privacy and tranquility.
The beautifully maintained gardens and driveway leading up to the house are a reflection of what to expect when you walk inside... immaculate, contemporary interiors with a modern beach feel.
Being up high doesn't mean lots of stairs as the wide driveway means you can drive right up to the door and there is plenty of parking for another car or two at the lower entry.
Its the perfect escape for a small family or group with beds for 6 guests. Once in the house its all on one level.
Although the property welcomes pets and has a gated entry and is fenced on three side it is not completely secure for your four legged friends.

Description
Living Areas
Walk into this light filled property with full length picture windows on all sides bringing the outside in. The central living space is open plan with a fireplace taking central stage, perfect for cosy winter stays.
The L shaped leather lounge adds a distinct touch of luxury, put your feet up and enjoy the quiet surroundings.
A modern central dining table in light oak has seating for all your guests and opposite the modern granite topped kitchen and its island bench is perfect for entertaining.
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a Coffee Machine (Expressi).
This open plan living space opens out through sliding doors to a large undercover deck with dining for your group and a BBQ. There is also a small grassed area for kids to play and a cubby house on the stairs leading to the house.

What a showstopper! We love a bathroom with a bath...and what a bath! The egg shaped bath is the perfect shape for a sumptuous soak. Beautifully decorated with wood detail for warmth the bathroom also includes a separate shower.
There is also a large seperate fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Car Parking
There is space for 2-3 cars to park.
Pet Friendly
Please note that although the property welcomes pets with a garden surrounding the house the property is NOT completely fenced and secure. Pets are welcome inside. Please bring your own bedding and bowls. Do not allow pets on furniture or beds.
Garden: grassed lawn area close to the house leading from the deck (please check this and clean up after your pets)
Fencing: The property has fencing on three sides and has a gated entry but it is NOT completely fenced and secure.

Activities in the area
The property is moments away from Blairgowrie village and the Rye/Blairgowrie foreshore.
Walk or drive to the village for great cafes, groceries and gifts. If sailing is your thing then Blairgowrie Yacht Club is close by.
The property is only a few minutes drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs.
Explore Sorrento Village just 10 minutes away with its art and craft galleries, clothes, homewares and gift shops and lots of yummy cafes.
Just 15 minutes inland is the Red Hill hinterland with your choice of up to 60 wineries plus gourmet producers. Take the kids to the Enchanted Adventure Gardena and the Arthurs Seat Eagle chairlift for some thrills during their stay.
