Mudjimba Beach House is in a natural paradise but only 3kms the Novotel Twin Waters for conferences. New Swimming Pool, 250metres from the surf beach, fully air conditioned/heated, free wifi and bikes . It has private tropical gardens with safe high fencing for pets and kiddies and pets. Up to 6 people can stay yet it is cosy enough for a couple. The 3rd bedroom has 2 singles but this bedroom is accessed off the open back patio so not for kids - has access to the 2nd bathroom on patio. Great for grandparents.

Description

You will fall in love with the gorgeous tropical landscaping and high bamboo fencing surrounding this iconic beach house with sparkling New Swimming Pool, set 150 m from the esplanade cafes and 250m to the beach and cafes of Mudjimba.

Very secure for pets and little people with front tiled courtyard and back grassed area. BBQ and hammock in the courtyards and large table for entertaining. Pets (up to 3) are allowed inside and all floors are tiled. Mudjimba is very dog friendly and has a dog off leash surf beach area 1 km down as well as the Maroochy River spit 3 kms away - calm tidal water in unspoiled natural setting for swimming and paddle boarding and dog paddling.

Activities close by include the wonderful Australia Zoo, hiking up Mt Coolum, and the national parks around Noosa. In Mudjimba, there are a number of coffee shops, a surf shop, convenience store, newsagent, bakery, licenced High Tide Bar and of course the beach with extensive parklands adjacent. Large supermarkets pharmacy dental and doctors are a 3 km drive away

The house is suitable for short term as well as longer term relocations as it has plenty of storage and cupboards. The set out of the house allows everyone plenty of space yet if only required for a couple, it feels just right - not overwhelming. Very welcoming neighbourhood.

The house has bamboo weave ceilings and is light filled with large windows and flyscreens. The rooms have fans and there is airconditioning in the living areas and one bedroom. The 3 bedrooms consist of one with queen bed, another with 2 king singles and another at the back of the house with 2 single beds. This bedroom is separate to the rest of the house and on the back patio and so more suitable for adults and teenagers and there is access to a second toilet and shower in the laundry . It is locked unless required.
