Located just 2 blocks from the Tumut commercial and business centre. The cottage has two bedrooms, an open plan living area plus laundry and a covered verandah with seating and views. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen and electric heating/cooling. A fenced area at the rear is suitable for a dog.

The Tumut/Tumbarumba district is popular as a stop over to the mighty Snowy Mountains Scheme, fishing, bush walking or just relaxation.
