Description

The studios are king-sized rooms, containing a large ensuite (description below). The studios enter onto a 20 metre verandah facing north and Dubbo:1. Heritage Studio (red wall in photo on website) has a king bed with pull out double sofa bed (children), sleeps 4 comfortably2. Aqua Studio (aqua blue wall in photos on website) has king bed, single bed with trundle bed and pull out double sofa bed (children), sleeps 6 comfortably3. Earth Studio (beige/brown wall in photos on website) has a king bed & a huge lounge which people love to camp on, sleeps 4 comfortably.There are king single fold up beds which can be added to all studios.There are stairs off the verandah to come to the garden, games room, alfresco area, main house with communal fully equipped kitchen (gas plates) and formal lounge/dining room. The paddocks are rocky and uneven with many native grasses growing with sheep and cattle grazing. Bulwarra’s sweeping views over the Macquarie River and plains to the north display Dubbo’s night lights and on a clear day the ‘Warrumbungle National Park’ from the verandas. Other vantage points on the 360° views property, look across the hills and down the valleys across to Gueire and Wellington.The wildlife is encourage to come for your delight and adds to the tranquil ambience. Bird watching and stargazing are among some of the favourite pass times up on the hill. Other activities around Dubbo include: golf, tennis, squash, fishing, dirt track riding, BMX riding, canoe & kayak trails, skateboarding, cycling, wine tasting, farm visits, horse riding, caving, Aboriginal or historic sites, lookouts, swimming, waterfalls, wildflowers, heritage trail, photographing, many art galleries and more.The country rustic style setting and lovely gardens makes us an ideal location for a beautiful small country wedding. We cater for wedding cermonies inside or out on the lawns and with our stunning views you are assured of great family photos.
